In this video, I share my experience of deploying a project from GitHub to Microsoft Azure for a more robust setup. Initially, I deployed the project on GitHub, which supports static projects, and then transitioned to Microsoft Azure for better showcasing.
I created an Azure account, linked it to my GitHub repository, and configured the custom domain with CNAME and other records. I also set up environment variables on GitHub, cPanel File Manager, and Microsoft Azure for a smooth workflow.
I faced challenges such as setting up the workflow file on GitHub for error-free linkage and configuring Namecheap domain settings using GitBash commands. Microsoft Azure's features, including linkage capabilities, GitHub repository mediation, inbuilt database, cost and budget management, and custom domain setup, were invaluable.
