Steps:

Fabric Preparation:

Cutting the Fabric:
Mark the measurements on the fabric using chalk for both the bodice and the umbrella cut skirt. Carefully cut out the pieces, ensuring the accuracy of your cuts.

Creating the Collar:
Cut the collar pieces according to the pattern. Sew them together to form a clean and neat collar.

Stitching the Bodice:
