Hello awesome people, this morning I saw I had a lot of assorted peppers in the fridge. So I decided to make this spicy, nutty, tangy curry. This Peppers in peanut Sauce Recipe is so easy, delicious and requires very few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 5)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Bell Peppers - red, green and yellow - 2 each
Potatoes - 2
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic - 10 (finely chopped)
Big sweet green chilli - 2 (if available)
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Water - to adjust consistency

You can use whatever veggies you have in your home, like broccoli, corn, zuchini, etc. You can even use Paneer/Tofu for extra protein.
