Our story about alleged theft of Rs 65 crore cash from the house of a top UP IAS officer known for his proximity to UP CM Yogi Adityanath has gone viral. But what has astonished all and sundry was the manner in which one particular IAS officer took affront to it. Even though no names were mentioned, Avanish Awasthi who has been principal secretary to the UPCM and continues to be Advisor to CM, has gone to town threatening the media for “maligning” him. What does this speak of ?
