This couldn't be easier. Seriously. If you have a slow cooker (Crock pot) you can do this! Technically, you could do it without a slow cooker, but why make things hard on yourself?

What you need:
melting chocolate (I used one pack of vanilla almond bark)
16-18 oz. of cashews (or whatever nut you prefer)
sprinkles (or not, you decide how fancy you want to make them)

What to do:
Break up the chocolate and put it in the crockpot.
Toss in the nuts.
Let the slow cooker melt it all together; for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Using a cookie scoop (or tablespoon) scoop bite-size pieces of chocolate-covered nuts onto parchment paper and top with sprinkles (or don't). Let them cool and then eat!
