Paper Mario Pro Mode - Koopa Bros. Rematch [No Items]

The second of the rematches against every chapter's boss from the recent beta of the hack "Paper Mario Pro Mode" by Clover. Trailer:    • Release Trailer: Paper Mario Pro Mode...  

These rematches are for players who have beaten the game and are looking for additional challenges. Many of the bosses have updated moves and much more HP and Attack power. I'll be using my max damage and defense badge build to deal with them.

In this rematch the Koopa Bros. will not form the stack and will attack individually. Furthermore, they recover immediately if flipped over and attack on the same turn, so you can't cheese them with Multibounce or Pow Blocks.

They have two new moves, as well. Each Koopa Bros. will buff their teammates in different ways. Green buffs defense, Yellow will electrify, Black will turn them invisible and Red buffs attack. Furthermore, each koopa can now Jump like Final Fantasy Dragoons, coming down on the next turn to deal extra damage.

If you find their buffs stacking a little too harshly, remember you can always use the Star Beam to dispel all of them! I'd go against the Black one first, since invisibility is the most annoying to deal with, even though in this video I took them down in order from left to right.
