The plaintiff says she brought her son’s iPad to the defendant’s store to be repaired, but he ruined it. She claims she went to his store at least six times and spend hundreds of dollars, so she’s suing for the money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff brought the iPad in with a cracked screen, which he fixed, but she returned a week later with the screen broken again, which he repaired. She then came back with another repair, so the defendant concluded that her son mistreats the iPad. He refuses to fix it for free.
