-First Battle: This fight is actually easy, once you understand the strategy. First of all, always focus on everything other than her head, until it is the last object to hit. Note it's not worth using your jutsu, just use shuriken and you can charge will moving. My most important point is to always go out of your way to dodge everything, just keep dashing and then attack. You're not punished for taking your time.
Once she gets the tailed beast head, you need to be more vigilant. Focus on them over the tails first, making sure to dodge aggressively, especially when the tailed beasts are using their beam attack, it is incredibly fast. By the time you have defeated the heads and the tails, she will be dead. You need health very close to mine for an S. Note that sometimes the wood pieces and small beams track you aggressively. Be sure you've completely dodged them before doing anything else.
-Second Battle: This fight is not too hard, you just need to be aggressive as Kaguya subs frequently. If your are struggling, use Sasuke, his jutsu and combo hit the easiest. Also use ultimates and Naruto's justu if you are in a bind. You have to have close to my health and most of the stars to get an S.
