Bhola Nath vs State of Jharkhand (2026 INSC 99) केस में Court ने साफ कहा कि—

✔ 10+ साल तक sanctioned posts पर contractual job करवाना
✔ बार-बार contract renew करना
✔ और फिर regularisation से इनकार करना
➡ Article 14 का violation है

इस judgement में Supreme Court ने कहा कि
👉 State एक Model Employer है
👉 Contract accept करने से fundamental rights waive नहीं होते
👉 Umadevi judgement का misuse अब नहीं चलेगा
