Narrowboat Water Tank Clean and Paint.

Narrowboat fresh water tank last cleaned and painted about 2016, when under previous ownership. This is the first time that I have since looked inside the water tank in 2021. The tank is made up of the boat's steel 10mm base plate, 6mm sides of the hull, and two bulk heads each running width ways across the boat. The top of the tank is the floor of the cratch area with an inspection hatch.
I show how I drained, cleaned and painted with epoxy paint the tank. How I resealed the inspection hatch and the problems that had.
