In this gentle session, we’ll combine yin yoga, restorative yoga, and somatic techniques to release stored tension, soften the body, and quiet the mind. Somatic yoga goes beyond just stretching — it helps you tune into your body’s natural wisdom, creating space for emotional release and nervous system regulation.
If you’ve been experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout, this practice will guide you back to balance. We’ll move slowly, pause often, and use mindfulness-based tools to help you reconnect with yourself. By learning to listen to your body instead of pushing through, you’ll create the conditions for deep relaxation, stress reduction, and even gentle cortisol detox — helping your whole system reset.
