There are many varying opinions on what a CISOs first 90 days should look like and entail. It’s widely known that the way a new CISOs tenure begins will set the tone for their effectiveness in the months and years to come.

One Google search and you will find dozens of steps, frameworks and objectives that new cyber leaders should align with. On this episode, Jerich will speak with a new CISO who has been in his current role for less than a year and they will look back and discuss his first 90 days.
