Have you ever wondered what the limits of the structual integrity in Valheim is when you're building? In this short video I will very quickly go through information about structual integrity regarding core wood. Showing you the the impact other materials can have on structual integrity when you build primarily with core wood.

Good information but you just want all the numbers?
Here you go:
Vertical - core wood: 12x2m or 6x4m = total 24m (both)
Horizontal:
Wood support: 5x2m or 2x4m+2m = total 10m (both)
Core wood support: 6x2m = total 12m
Core wood support: 2x4m+2m = total 10m (breaks if support is damaged)
Stone support: 3x4m = total 12m / 7x2m = total 14m
Wood iron beam support: 3x4m = total 12m / 7x2m = total 14m

Hi, We will take a quick look at structual integrity of core wood.
vertical support straight up for core wood is a maximum of 24 meters before it collapses.
horizontal support is a bit tricky since it depends on distance from a "foundation block", these blocks are blue. If the foundation is normal wood, it can support a total of 10 meters before collapsing.
If the foundation is Core wood, it can support six 2 meter pieces or two 4 meters pieces & one 2 meter piece, totaling 12 meters or 10 meters before collapsing. If the foundation is stone or wood iron beam it can support seven 2 meter pieces or three 4 meter pieces, totaling 14 meters or 12 meters before collapsing.

These numbers only represents the best possible scenario so be careful when you build.
Note the closer a block is to dark red the closer it is to collapsing.
Using core wood as vertical support will allow you to make larger buildings without much more cost.
To stop the block damage from the weather effects build roof blocks over everything.
