Darya Kenar Town or Shahrak-e Darya Kenar, is a village in Barik Rud Rural District, in the Central District of Fereydunkenar County and Babolsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 581, in 192 families.

The construction of this coastal town began with the support of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi in the early 1940s and ended in the late 40s, which at the time was one of the first, richest and largest towns in Iran in the Middle East.

Darya Kenar, which is one of the oldest and largest residential towns in northern Iran, now has more than 1,700 villa units. The design of the open space and its villas is influenced by Western architecture, and Mr. "Hossein Amanat", the famous designer of Azadi Square and Tower, has also contributed to the design of this town.

This town is famous for being located near the Caspian Sea and having dense green spaces and a pleasant family environment.
