I am stepping out of my comfort zone, making myself a little vulnerable here, and submitting this to see what happens. I'm now committed to running 26.2 miles on April 27th no matter where I'm at, but would really like the opportunity to cross the finish line in the United Kingdom at the 2025 TCS London Marathon. iFIT's Second Chance Competition may provide me the means to do so.

With the support of Alyssa, her father and her brothers--I'll be running to honor the memory of my mother in law, Kay Peppiatt. The date that the London Marathon takes place is significant to us, and I will strive to complete my first full marathon six years to the day that Kay overcame her pain to accomplish a goal she set for herself.
