On this episode of Mission Side Hustle, we finally make the big move and get our real estate license. I've spoken a lot about real estate and my goal to get my license for future real estate endeavours. Today, we make it a reality. As I've discussed, I'm a huge proponent of house hacking as a first real estate purchase. I'm very excited at the opportunity to now have my license and hopefully be able to help others make the same real estate decisions that have helped me so much in my life. I'm also excited about what doors this will open in the real estate industry. As you know, I'm looking to get into flipping houses as well as purchasing rental properties. Over time those deals will also get bigger in bigger. At any rate, I think this is the first step in a new direction that will take the channel very far on our journey to one million dollars.
