The Hare and the Tortoise

Once upon a time, a hare who could run very fast challenged a slow tortoise to a race. The hare was sure he would win because he could run so quickly, while the tortoise moved very slowly.

The race began, and the hare raced far ahead, leaving the tortoise behind. Feeling confident, the hare decided to take a nap. Meanwhile, the tortoise kept walking slowly and steadily, never stopping.

When the hare woke up, he saw that the tortoise was almost at the finish line! The hare ran as fast as he could, but it was too late. The tortoise had already crossed the finish line and won the race.

Moral of the Story: Slow and steady wins the race.
