• Fetches published + held-for-review comments
• AI classifies comments into NORMAL / QUERY / SPAM / IGNORE
• Auto-replies to NORMAL comments (Hinglish/English, less than180 chars)
• Routes QUERY comments to Telegram for human approval (Approve / Reject)
• Auto-delete SPAM/HATEFUL comments and logs everything in Supabase
• Smart reply engine: pitch products → recommend videos → AI answer → escalate to support
• Monitoring: retries, Telegram alerts, daily summary reports

Why it matters:
• Processes 300+ comments/day with 97% classification accuracy
• 70% auto-reply rate — only 30% need human review
• Time saved: from 90 mins → 20 mins/day (78% reduction) — that’s real cost saved and faster community response
• Keeps audit trail, prevents duplicate replies, and supports Hinglish + English
