How to Dutch Fishtail Braid for Beginners | Missy Sue

We're going back to the basics and learning the classic dutch fishtail braid. If you've been wanting to learn, I am sharing two ways to wear it so check out the video below and let me know which style you like best!

Fishtail braids can be one of the easiest braids to master but also one of the most time-consuming. This style of braid incorporates hair into both sides by crossing the sections underneath instead of over the top creating a "dutch" braided effect versus the traditional "french" version.I didn't come up with the names but it's how I remember the difference between the two!

Supplies: Rat-tail comb, hair elastics, hairspray.
