By now, you will have heard about the tragedy that befell the five men who went aboard the Titanic to visit the wreckage of the Titanic, which lies just 4 km under the sea. I am not saying anything more about that one incident in this video, as the news about it has already been explained in all the media. But there are certain scientific and technical aspects related to that event that we need to be aware of. Like, why is going to the bottom of the sea such a big challenge? Why is the pressure under the sea so terrible? What is Implosion? What caused the Titan probe to implode? What are the problems with the carbon fibre composite used to make the Titan? What are the disadvantages of the way the Titan spacecraft communicated with the mother ship? We are going to see things like this in this video.
