That's me playing "The Simpsons: Bart's Nightmare" on my SNES console. To get an A+ you need to go though the stages following the order of the most difficult to the most easy stage, as it is possible, and ride a lot of skateboard at the "Windy World" The most difficult stage in my opinion is the "Bart's bloodstream", then the "Bartzilla", then the "Meggie Temple", then the "Itchy and Scratchy", and the easier is "Bartman". The second door of "Itchy and Scratchy" always appear the last, so the last two stages that I play are always "Itchy and Scratchy 2" and "Bartman". A score of 125000 or higher will give you an A+.
