How to Catch & Cook Trout in Cherokee

Cherokee stocks truckloads of trout for anglers to enjoy. While some choose to catch and release, others opt to place the rainbows in a skillet for dinner. In this episode of Pautzke Outdoors we lured Fluff out of the woods with bait and asked him to show us his favorite campsite trout recipe.
