For Making Paneer
1 ltr Milk ( Full Fat Cow’s Milk )
2 tsp Lemon Juice / 2 tsp White Vinegar
1 cup Water

For Sugar Syrup
1 cup Sugar
5 cup Water
2 Green Cardamom
1 tsp Milk ( Optional )
½ tsp Rose Water

For Rasgulla Balls
Paneer
1 tsp Starch Powder ( Aara Lot )
½ tsp Sugar

For Presentation
Rose Petals
Kesar ( Saffron Thread String )
Mixed Nuts ( Optional )
