How to cook stir-fried clams in oyster sauce:

We collected these clams on the beach at koh Por, island near the coast of Koh Lanta Old Town.

At home you can cook with any type of clam, seafood or any vegetable you like.

Let me tell you all the hidden secret ingredients so that you can cook it in a quick, easy and absolutely delicious way.

Ingredients:
- Clams about 500 grams
- Oyster sauce 5 table spoons
- Garlic 3-5 clove
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Water 2 Table spoon
- Cooking oil 2 table spoon

Preparation:
- Clean your clam well
- Chop garlic.

Now it is time to cook!

- Turn on the fire and add cooking oil
- Add garlic before oil gets hot and stir-fry until good aromas fill your kitchen
- Add clams
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
- Water
- Stir then close the lid for 2 minutes.

Job done.

Simple but tasty and amazing.

Less than 5 minutes of cooking you can enjoy this dish with your family.
