Beverly Danquah and Amanda Agyapong, students in the Lauder Institute’s Africa-General Program, present their summer immersion experience—a multi-country, five-week deep dive into African culture, community, and business. 🌍✨

⚡️Beverly, who is pursuing her Penn Carey Law JD and Lauder Institute MA dual degree, has a background in journalism and international development. She interned at CNN, MSNBC, and ABC News, and was a Fellow with the International Water Management Institute in Ghana.

⚡️The video was created by Amanda Agyapong, who was born in Accra, Ghana. After graduating as a psychology major from Penn, she worked for Google/YouTube as a community partner manager and founded a Ghana-based production company to amplify African voices across the globe. Amanda is pursuing her Wharton School MBA and Lauder Institute MA dual degree.
