This vessel, this body that you carry around with you every single day gives you the energy to carry out your dreams and your desires.

And so if you're walking around and you're feeling sleep deprived, or maybe you're overcommitted to different activities in your life and you're agitated throughout your day, then you are literally creating a space for your insecurities to rise up.

You're creating the perfect environment for that inner critic nag at you and bring to mind all the things that are not supporting you. And essentially what you're doing sabotaging your success.
