🏳️‍⚧️I’m Lucinda (they/them) I’m a queer non-binary online coach that helps the trans masc community find their feet with their training and their nutrition

⚡️ I help with gym confidence, body image, nutrition and finding a balance that works for your lifestyle on your terms

🍄 Fuzz Culture Club is built to be the fitness representation I never had when I first started out.

🔪 I am 1 year post top surgery, and help lots of folk prepare and recover from it.

🔥 Last week I Iaunched a low cost trans masc beginner program last week called Superhuman that you can try for 7 days for free.

🐶 I have a cute fluffy dog called Aubrey, I play music and I love travelling.
