Let me take you through a little journey of mine, In early 2013 I discovered something that would change my life forever, that being EDM Music, now why would I be saying this? Well, fast forward a couple of years to late 2015 I began to love listening to Melodic House, Progressive House, Melodic Dubstep, and Future Bass. At the beginning of 2016, I decided I wanted to learn how to make music, specifically Melodic House and Progressive House, this was something I knew would be difficult and never thought there would be any benefits from it, well I was completely wrong. Starting off I always wanted to make good music but couldn’t because I did not know how to do anything, that’s when I began to watch tutorials on YouTube which really did help in the long run. It seemed that I was never improving but in reality, I was slowly improving, some improve faster than others and others improve a lot slower and some not at all. I later found a song called Moving Forward by Ey3Le55 (now known as blindboy) and decided to send him a message basically saying that I love his track and was wondering if he can hear my track, just that basic stuff, and let me tell you this, if I never hit send on that message, I would not be where I am at today (gotta love the butterfly effect). I met so many people from just him alone because of the people he knew which I later met and began to meet the people they knew and so on. It just kept going and that’s when I began to realize, these people, whom all are trying to become successful in producing, are always talking with each other and always providing and giving feedback so I decided to jump in and this is what changed my whole career. At that point, I still believed my music was just... terrible but people just told me to not give up, that I have so much potential and I decided to keep moving forward. It was not easy and took time, it is still taking time but it was really great to receive messages about how my music has affected some people and about how I helped some new artists improve, this is what I wanted to do, I love it so much. Fast forward to now, almost 4 years into producing, I have now realized how much I have improved, and this song will show it. Now, I’m not trying to show off, and let me explain myself. Felix Austin came to me and sent me a demo he made for a collaboration request, and I accepted because I knew the potential in the demo he sent, even though Felix’s music isn’t the best his ideas were just perfect. Felix, if you’re reading this, please never give up, I know it may seem hard but trust me, it will all be worth it. And to everyone else. You are not alone. You will get there one day. Keep. Moving. Forward.
