I managed to shave another second off my lap time, and if I actually knew how to share this with the unofficial leaderboards this would put me like at 16th or something.
Without seeing other replay data or seeing the WR (which is like a mid 51 or something) I have no idea where to save the last second. Maybe a quarter or half a second time loss happened because I bounced off the edge of the burning puddle on the last corner but other than that... is there really a whole second to be saved just on tighter corners, better boost management, and "luckier" mini-air-cooling? I don't know. I may not get a time better than this.
