Lucia Eliezer Del Cielo (1925-2015)
Nata a Trieste dagli ebrei corfioti Samuele Eliezer e Speranza Misan. Oltre a lei, la coppia ebbe altri figli, più grandi: Salomone, Abramo, Giuseppe e Rosa. Abramo e Giuseppe, membri della Resistenza locale, vennero denunciati e arrestati dai fascisti nel febbraio 1945. Con loro venne presa anche Lucia e tutti e tre vennero deportati a Ravensbrück e poi a Bergen-Belsen. Tornò soltanto lei. Nel 2022 e nel 2024, per ricordare la loro deportazione, sono state posate le Pietre d’Inciampo.

Lucia Eliezer Del Cielo (1925-2015)
Born in Trieste to Corfiote Jewish parents, Samuele Eliezer and Speranza Misan. Besides her, the couple had other older children: Salomone, Abramo, Giuseppe, and Rosa. Abramo and Giuseppe, members of the local Resistance, were denounced and arrested by the fascists in February 1945. Lucia was also taken with them, and all three were deported to Ravensbrück and then Bergen-Belsen. She was the only one to return. In 2022 and 2024, Stolpersteine were placed to commemorate their deportation.
