Here are the instructions to do this if you want, and if you don't know how to use the 'console'.
THIS IS FOR PC ONLY
This will not work if you have completed the Dark Brotherhood Quest 'Scheduled For Execution'

Firstly make sure that you get sent to jail in the imperial city, so hat you can find Valen Dreth.

Here are a list of commands that I have used to type into the console to let me effectively 'Play God' in the world of Tamriel.
click ` to open the console - left of number 1.

Once that is open click the object you want e.g. door, and then type 'unlock' and it will unlock the door for you :)

You can also click on a charcter whilst the console is open and type in 'kill' and it will execute that character.

To resurrect click on the character and type 'resurrect' :)

Finally type in 'PSB' in the console to gain every spell:)

There are many other commands just type in 'Oblivion console codes' on google :)
