The Avengers - Baby I Love You [John Steed & Emma Peel]

I thought I’d make a little something for fun, as it has been a while since my last video. And this time it’s a tribute to my favourite 60’s tv show.

I’ve been watching reruns of The Avengers and I just love it, especially seasons 4 and 5, with the brilliant Diana Rigg as Emma Peel. The most interesting thing about the show is the Steed/Peel dynamic, they work so well together as a duo - partners, friends and maybe a little more ;)

I really enjoy their interaction - the playfulness and casual flirtations and the fact that they are just so at ease and in tune with each other. Steed is a true debonair gentleman and Mrs Peel is most definitely a force to be reckoned with. Together, Patrick Macnee and Diana Rigg have the best onscreen chemistry on the show for sure.
