In the middle of the pandemic, thousands and thousands of young people are just... quitting their jobs. On paper, this doesn't make sense. We're in the middle of a global pandemic; shouldn't we want to ensure we have a steady income stream?

Well, no. Not if that 'income stream' is ridiculously low and barely allows you to survive.

In this video - the first in a new series called "Work-Life Rants" - I want to talk about "the Great Resignation" and why, ultimately, money (or lack thereof) is the reason so many young workers and employees around the world are just quitting the grind of a low-paying day job.
