HE GOT BANNED FOR BUILDING THIS CAR!

The first ever twin engine rally/race car to exist! This is the Twin Engine Volkswagen Scirocco GTI built in the 1980s for Rally Circuits by Kim Mathers. It has two 1.8 Supercharged VW engines, it can run RWD, FWD, or AWD like the Corsa! It was built because at the time, the Audi Quattro was just released with the AWD system, but obviously was very expensive, so Kim thought outside the box and built this machine to get a cheap way of getting AWD and saying it worked well would be an understatement!
