Thadda Vada ingredients:
Plain/all purpose flour - 4 cup
Urad dal - 2 cups
Corn flour - 4 tablespoons
Red chilli flakes - 3 tablespoons
Whole garlic - 2
Curry leaves - 1 handful
Shallots - 2 handfuls
Fennel seeds - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 5 tablespoons
Some water
