[Boss Behavior]
Rama will never use his 3rd skill during the battle.
Rama will only use his 1st skill when he falls below 75% HP. He has a 40% chance of using it.

[Solo Strategies]
No special tactics necessary. Atalanta simply overpowers Rama.
