In fengshui there is this idea of everything influencing everything else. In the longform video this belongs to we also discuss the true purpose of fengshui as a civilizing force. To realize this aspect shows the importance of building a multilayered worldview when rebuilding after disaster strikes. This video is part of my research project to offer tools for doing more than survival if anything causes us to become refugees or survivors after disaster strikes. and it has to help us secure our humanity under dehumanizing circumstances. Because from all the refugees I have met throughout my life, in Nepal, Bosnia, the Netherlands and other places, being refugee is not an enviable position.
The research idea is to train people like you and me on grassroot level and research the learning success, and take these outcomes to the media, governments and communities from family to neighborhood to share this for the lowest price possible. not being prepared is ofcourse potentially a big problem no matter if you belief in climate change or global conflict or not. the video tells you some of my research. more videos on this topic will follow.
