Wow well what a run. Virtual London Marathon is complete! Horrendous wind and rain today for most of the route but on my route the support from other runners and random families with there kids stopping to clap was just incredible and emotional at the same time in a great way. Cars beeping with thumbs up and some even putting there thumbs up out the window just Wow I am overwhelmed!

I didn't go for a particular time but really really happy I finished it in 3:44 in these conditions the last 5 miles were hard but this was a run I will never ever forget.

Lastly I just have to say you "The Running Community" are incredible you make me proud every single day I logon you are all just amazing people thank you so much for all the support not just for me but the whole community ❤

Congratulations to all who completed the VLM today and anyone who got up and got out there on a run 👏🏻👏🏻
