Angina is a specific symptom of the heart condition, where in this condition, the patient gets the chest pain which is precordial. Precordial means the area which is in front of the heart and the pain usually radiates to the arm or neck or upper abdomen. This pain in a stable angina would actually come in when the person exercises and be relieved when the person rests or sometimes when they take tablets like sorbitrate, it relieves. In unstable angina, the same pan could come when the person is sitting and also you could have lots of sweating. Angina is a very important manifestation of the heart condition.
