It's the second stint of Hidden Package collecting and Tommy Vercetti does some flying and hovering for hard to reach places using a Police Maverick.

33 Hidden Packages are located this time, in no particular order. But It's an order of Mr. Vercetti's own nevertheless. Along the flight, Tommy manages to get himself blown up in the helicopter.

Tommy unlocks the Flamethrower, PSG-1 Sniper Rifle and Minigun which are dropped off at the Ocean View Hotel Safehouse.
