Follow Robin Greenfield's bike ride across the United States practicing sustainable living to the extreme. In this 5 episode series you'll learn how your daily actions with food, waste, water, transportation, and energy affect the earth, other species, and yourself. And you'll learn how you can be a part of the solution and live sustainably. Episode 1 is food and documents Robin's efforts to cross the country eating only local, organic, unpacked food, or food that was going to waste. You'll learn about how your choices at the store impact the environment, animals, and your own health. The problems behind our globalized food system, animal agriculture, and processed foods among other issues are covered. The video ends with the simple actions you can take to eat a more planet friendly diet and feel good about what you eat.
