Kamala Harris's campaign hit with fresh blow following endorsement snub

In a blow to Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, a Democrat-supporting union has refused to endorse any presidential candidate.

On Thursday, the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) announced it would not be endorsing Kamala Harris or Donald Trump.

The union previously endorsed Joe Biden during his 2020 bid for the White House and several other Democratic candidates from 1984 to 2012.

The IAFF represents over 300,000 firefighters and emergency responders and was the first union to endorse Biden in 2020.

The union’s decision comes only weeks after the International Brotherhood of Teamsters also decided not to endorse Harris or Trump.

Similar to the IAFF, the Teamsters Union has had a long history of endorsing Democratic candidates.
