DO YOU HATE having to download a file from SharePoint just so you can attach it to an email? — AUTOMATE THAT SHIT!

This Power Automate flow will attach the copied file to an email draft, once the file has been attached, the flow will delete it and send me an Adaptive Card via Teams to let me know that my email draft is ready.

ADDITIONAL INSIGHTS

The reason I prefer to create compose actions at the top of the flow is so that if I need to change my flow at a later date, I can easily edit the subject line and content of the adaptive card.

This flow will need to be installed for every individual that plans to use it. The Send HTTP Request action in this flow requires that you send them a copy of the flow—sharing it isn’t an option.

Since this flow is looking for any new files created in a Temp document library, you can attach a file from any SharePoint site you have permissions to.
