Expert Strength Coach Brian Klepacki, MS, CSCS, FMS, CISSN has over 16 years of training experience. And in this video Brian shares with you the 3 things that he's learned as a Strength Coach

By the way, Brian is more than your average personal trainer...in fact he really ISN'T a personal trainer at all. He's a strength coach.

He graduated college with a Masters degree in exercise science and got his certification with the NSCA as a certified strength and conditioning specialist...notice it says strength coach and not a personal trainer.

Ultimately the goal for ANY personal trainer or strength coach is to instruct a quality workout that meets the goals of his or her client. That goes for beginner level, intermediate or advanced level clients.
