A bit of Lethwei for my students - Julien Masson - Adrenaline Combatives

Here is some extracts of yesterday’s seminar.

Everyone did well and I saw a lot of progress from everyone so as an instructor I say: “Mission Accomplished!”

The topic of the day was head butting so we explored principles from Lethwei Burmese Boxing and added some combative concepts from Combatives.

We kept it simple and built a few combos where we implemented the head butt in the most realistic way we could.

I will do more and more seminars like this one focusing on bettering people’s boxing skills, kicking skills, kneeing and elbowing skills, vertical and horizontal wrestling skills, ground and pound skills etc

All the stuff that matters in a fight and none of that stupid shit that doesn’t!
