The defence for Ace Magashule's former personal assistant Moroadi Cholota says it's dismayed with the decision of the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court to decline oral submissions in her bail application.
This after the state submitted that Cholota has no desire to stand trial and poses a flight risk. Cholota is one of the accused in the R255-million Free State asbestos roof removal scandal dating back to 2014.
