✅ Charging as a Guest User:

Use contactless payment or the Mer Connect UK app.

Connect the cable to your vehicle

For contactless payment, follow the onscreen instructions and hold your payment card on the terminal

For the app, download and open the Mer Connect UK app, find the charge point, and swipe to start the charge. Make sure to add your billing details.



✅ Charging as a Registered User:

Log in to the Mer Connect UK app

Connect the cable to your vehicle

Locate the charge point and socket in the app and swipe to connect

Registered users can add favourite charge points and check usage.



✅ Using the Mer Charge Card:

Create an account in the app or Driver Portal to order the charge card

Connect the cable to your vehicle, follow the onscreen instructions, and hold the charge card on the reader to start the charge

To stop, hold the charge card on the reader, select stop on the charger, and disconnect the cable

You can also charge via your web browser by visiting our Driver Portal on our website.
