🛒 Ingredients (Shahi Paneer Recipe)
Main Ingredients:
Paneer – 250g (cubed)
Onion – 5-6 medium (Diced)
Tomato – 8 medium (Diced)
Cashews – 1 cup(75gm)
Fresh Cream – 3 tbsp
Ghee / Oil – 6 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chili – 1
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp

Spices:
Haldi Powder – ½ tsp
Lal Mirch Powder – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp
Pink Salt – as per taste
Tez Patta - 3 leaves
Badi Elaichi - 2
Choti Elaichi - 4
Cloves - 5
Jeera Seeds - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 small

🍳 Cooking Steps (Hinglish)
1️⃣ Gravy Base Banayein:
Kadhai mein oil/ghee garam karein, Whole Spices(Khade Masala) add kare , onion, tomato, Ginger-Garlic paste and Himalayan Pink Salt daal kar sauté karein, phir thanda hone par paste bana lein.
2️⃣ Gravy Pakayein:
Kadhai mein oil/Butter garam karein and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder daale, Paste ko kadhai mein daal kar bhunein.
3️⃣ Cashew & Cream:
Cashew paste ko Kadhai mein daale and ache se Gravy mein mix kare. Kasturi Methi and cream daal kar smooth gravy banayein.
4️⃣ Paneer Add Karein:
Paneer cubes gently gravy mein daalein, 2-3 minute tak simmer karein.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Fresh cream and Coriander leaves daal kar serve karein.

🍳 Cooking Steps (English)
Step 1️⃣ – Prepare the Gravy Base:
Heat oil or ghee in a pan (kadhai). Add whole spices (khade masala), sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and Himalayan pink salt.
Sauté everything well until soft, then let it cool slightly and blend into a smooth paste.

Step 2️⃣ – Cook the Gravy:
In the same pan, heat oil or butter, add Kashmiri red chili powder, and sauté for a few seconds.
Now add the prepared onion-tomato paste and cook it well until it releases oil and turns aromatic.

Step 3️⃣ – Add Cashew & Cream:
Add cashew paste to the pan and mix it nicely into the gravy.
Then, add kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) and fresh cream, stirring until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

Step 4️⃣ – Add Paneer:
Gently add the paneer cubes into the gravy and simmer for 2–3 minutes on low flame so the paneer absorbs the flavors.

Step 5️⃣ – Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan, roti, paratha, or jeera rice for the perfect royal meal. 😍
