When i was in Bodhgaya/India i had the idea to teach a friend how to build quality Didgeridoos out of bamboo to sell them to visitors and online. His brother is working as a teacher in a nearby village which is very poor. They dont have school books, teachers and so on. After finishing the prototype i went to play with the local musicians to have some fun. They are all blind, playing every day close to the entrance of the Mahabodhi temple to make their living. It went so well that we asked them to play with me in the rose apple cafe to raise funds for the school. They agreed and it was a beautiful concert. We managed to get over 6000 Rupies for the school and the musicians got a lot of money from the visitors plus the money from us. If you like to help please please send me a pm over YT.
