• In today’s world, companies like Facebook, Amazon, etc. program machines with the intention of profits alone. In your book, you describe Waston MD where a doctor consults with a machine that has been fed all the new medical research on case studies before subscribing a medicine. What are the ethics in programming these machines from doing things like recommending for/against an abortion or towards medicines from a certain pharmaceutical company? Who do you think should be involved in discussing who, what, when, why’s of how these programs should be programmed to enhance life experience? How does one program a machine to enhance human qualities like love, compassion, etc?

• As a parent, I worry about technology and AI advancing in the future to the point that my kids or perhaps grandchildren won’t even have jobs because all the jobs will be replaced by robots and where machines compete with humans. What type of things can we educate our kids today about that will ensure a world where man-machine collaborate and create a better world?
